Director, NEON, Inc. Board of Directors: David Douglas

Dave Douglas is a high-tech executive with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. Most recently Dave was Senior Vice President of Cloud Computing and Chief Sustainability Officer at Sun Microsystems. He was responsible for Sun's cloud computing business, and oversaw the strategy and execution of Sun's environmental initiatives, including enhancements to Sun's products in the areas of energy efficiency, cooling technologies, product recycling and clean manufacturing. Dave has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and is on the board of the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) and a Sr. Fellow at the Breakthrough Institute.
